When and Where to add C-Lines to cccam.cfg file in OpenPLi?

I have a receiver with OpenPli installed.

Could some one tell me whether I should add the C-Lines to cccam.cfg file before and after searching for channels on various satellites?

Also I could see  so many lines in cccam.cfg file. Should I delete all the content and just add C-Lines or do I need to retain some of its contents?
