hbbtv no work in spain

hello everybody. the hbbtv service only works ins german chanels. In DTT channels in Spain, no work fine (in my et9200) Any solution?

is possible to put the hbbtv service in a DM 8000? Dream Elite 4.0 include this plugin for DM 8000.
