When using plugins->MoviePlayer seeking backward/forward on video files is really jerky, some times loops. and difficult to control.
I tested that on .mkv and .ts files
Using PVR playback on these video files works much better, you get a proper status bar and seek works.
So why is seeking with the MediaPlayer unusable while with PVR it works fine?
Is that a bug or feature?
Also can someone recommend an alternative to the MediaPlayer plugin?
I'm having a hard time with its user interface
