Alternative services - how to remove safely?

Hi,

I have just noticed that in /etc/enigma2 I have the following file:

alternatives.1_0_1_4290_2BC0_13E_820000_0_0_0_.tv

Its content is like this:

#NAME Epic Drama HD
#SERVICE 1:0:1:4290:2BC0:13E:820000:0:0:0:

I must have created it by mistake and I am not even sure of the purpose of this file and what alternetive services are used for.

Now, can I simply delete this file or do I have to do something else in order not to "damage" my channel lists or the image itself?
