Hi,
After an online update I lose sounds on all channels using MPEG for audio, I was still having sounds on all AC3(+) channels.
Since HDMI-CEC was enabled pressing Volume+ just increase the sound on the amplifier and not internally on OpenPLi.
I need to turn off HDMI-CEC to be able to set back the sound volume one of the MPEG audio channels, then turn on back HDMI-CEC and all is fine now.
Questions are then:
- why after an online update the sound level for all MPEG audio track was set to 0?
- is it another way to check the audio volume on channels without having to turn off the HDMI-CEC?
Suggestions,
- wouldn't be logical to have the mute symbol displayed when the volume is set to 0?
- Is it possible when pressing the audio button the internal OpenPLi sound volume % mentioned there?
- Being able to change the audio volume from the Audio screen if needed.
My setup is:
ET-9000 -> HDMI -> Onkyo amplifier -> HDMI -> TV
This problem was not easy to sort out even if it seems simple when explained. Because i first suspect a default on my amplifier that came back from repair a few weeks ago.
