Plugin Simple RSS and Google Reader

Hi,

I was busy translating this plugin when I saw that it refers to Google Reader, this service no longer exist from Google.
So shouldn't this plugin be cleanup of all references to Google Reader?
Does it still work out of Google Reader? (I am not at home to test) If not this one should be removed from the feed.
