Help needed, Canal 2 International sound and no picture

I have Dreambox 8000HD with OpenPli and can receive only sound but no picture from Canal 2 International at Eutelsat 5 West A (5°W). I have tried different images with the same result. When connected to Amiko Xfinder, I get both sound and image.
I also tried Xtrend ET5000 receiver with OpenPli and there is also sound and no image.
The channel is Free to Air, could any one please help me with a solution
