Display Chinese Characters in EPG

Hi All Experts,

I have an original Dreambox Dm7020Hdv2 which the Chinese title of the Chinese programs in EPG is not displaying in readable Chinese characters which is in unreadable format.  Will any kind hearted expert create a PLi v2 image that can read these Chinese characters? I understand there may be quite a lot of work, so to be fair I am willing to pay for your times spend in it. I can be reach at howsgsg at yahoo dot com dot sg. Please help!
