tuner/box help

Hi

I have just sold my DM8000 and bought a vu duo2.

I kept all my settings (channel) from the DM and have transferred the bouquets to the new duo2, my tuner settings are the same: Tuner A single (fixed) 28.2. Tuner B advanced (motor) lnb1 etc,etc

Now using the duo2 with Tuner A (Fixed dish) some channels not all are not visible anymore, (BBC 1 yorks is one of them 0% signal) other BBC channels signal 90%!! Tuner B all channels OK.

The duo2 has a dual tuner (not 2 single tuners) and a DVB-T Tuner
