biss chanels 3.1 east

i have this strange problem

i run openpli 4.0 in a vu solo2    2 cams  cccam and mgcamd 1,38

i loaded the last softcam and in the same satellite from the 8 greek chanels the sat receiver opens 4.

why does not open the other 4 which are on the same package on the same sat

also i noticed that when i run mgcamd nothing open from biss chanels

when i run the ccam only the 4 open
