flashexpander and backup

Hi all,

i installed on my 800se openpli4 and flashexpander. 

After i backup my dreambox with dflash and gp3 flashbackup but the backup was only 33 mb instead about 46mb.

after i tried to upgrade my image with update manager of pli but the upgrade failed ..i tried to reinstall the backup but it didn't work softcam and other things..so the question is flashexpander is incompatible with upgrade of pli ? 

and is it incompatible with dflash or gp3flashbackup ? 

what is the supported configuration ?
