My box is a VU+Duo2. Have installed OpenPLI 6 dated 13 October 2017,
In view of being able to download Picons on a USB stick I have done the following;
1) formatted in Windows 10 a USB stick as FAT 32
2) Check in Device Mgr that I can see the USB stick
3) Started Mount Mgr, highlighthed the USB, clicked on menu and mounted the USB stick as media/usb, pressed OK and the box rebooted. Now I can see the USB in Mount mgr as /media/usb
However when I try do download Picons from the Plugin feed I get the choice to download to the HDD and the Internal flash but not to the USB.
I have tried with 3 different USB stick sizes 32 GB, 4 GB and 1 GB. Each time I have unmounted the USB stick before mounting a new one.
All 3 failed.The USB stick was connected each time to the front panel.
The settings in Mount Mgr for the HDD respectively for the USB stick are as follows:
HDD:
device: /dev/sda1
mount: /media/hdd
type: ext4 R/W
USB:
device: /dev/sdb1
mount: /media/usb
type: vfat R/W
Questions:
1) Why don't I get the option to download Picons (from the plugin feed) to the USB stick?
2) What do I need to do to make the USB visible as a option to download to when attempting to download Picons?

it seems that OpenWebif on DM8000 (OpenPLi6) has lost its full remote control image:

HI All,
I have not had an issue with my box going into deep standby on pli 4 but since I went to 6 if the box goes into deep standby 80-90% of the time it will freeze at the welcome on the display stage. I then need to power cycle it for it to recover.
This is the shutdown when in standby which I have set to 120 minutes
What do I need to do to provide some proper info for this to be investigated. I realise that I may have the beginnings of a flaky box too 
unless I can prove that openpli 4 is still stable
Can I receive IPTV channels on my Vu+Uno? If so, is there a guide to installing and setup?

I'd like to have access to my receiver (OpenWebIf, streaming) from the internet without directly exposing it to the world. I already OpenVPN server running on my PC and I'd prefer to use it over installing OpenVPN on the receiver.
I googled a bit and several posts noted how VPN should be enabled in Openwebif ,but I did not see that option either on Openwebif page or in Menu/Plugins/OpenwebIf. How do I enable it, and do I need to take any more steps to have receiver accessible through VPN?

I have intalled a Picon Plugin on a mounted USB stick: /Media/usb. After doing so this Plugin is not visible anymore in the feed, which seems normal.
I would like to uninstall this plugin from the USB stick and get it back if possible in the feed.
What would be the proper procedure to do this in PLI 6.0.

i use pli-hd1 skin and in the infobar i'am missing letter h for tuner h ;
with pli-fullhdnight i can see the letter h in infobar.
my box is a vu ultimo 4k and my image is openpli 6.0 release from date 06.11.2017

BBC on 27 West use crypted PMT pid's
The mux contains a normal PAT (PID 0x0000). Otherwise no programs could be read. The problem is that the PMTs are scrambled. These tables contain the PIDs of the elementary streams like video, audio etc.
To get the channels in colour, you have to add the ES_PIDs manually. The allocation is known at least from the time when the transponder was open. Of course the tuner has to cope with the high DVB-S2 SR.
Is there any way to make this channels running on enigma2 dreambox? I have done a scan on transponder 11495, and with dreamboxedit I have changed pids. But I can't find anywhere how to change PMT pid.

i use openpli 6.0 release from date 20.11.2017.
before i used openpli 6.0 release from date 13.11.2017 and i maked a settings backup with this image
, in this settings-backup i backupped also the file /etc/auto.net
now if i flash the newest openpli 6.0 release from date 20.11.2017 and restore my settings-backup and all is ok
, but one file the /etc/auto.net are not restored - i tested it two times.
